1. Booking & Payments

• Deposit: 50% per person required to secure booking
• Balance: Due 15 days before departure
• Late payments: May result in booking cancellation or extra charges for rebooking

2. Cancellations

• 45+ days before: Full refund minus INR 2500/- admin fee (NOT FOR FLIGHTS)
• 16-45 days before: 50% refund
• 0-15 days before: No refund

3. Health & Safety

• Insurance: All travelers are required to have comprehensive travel insurance, including medical and emergency evacuation coverage (if applicable).
• Medical: Participants must inform Wanderskyz of any pre-existing medical conditions. The company reserves the right to deny participation if health conditions pose risks.
• Altitude: Itineraries may be altered for safety reasons, including weather, road conditions, or altitude-related concerns.

Responsibilities

• WanderSkyz: Responsible for providing qualified guides, necessary permits, transportation, and listed inclusions as per the confirmed itinerary.
• Client: Responsible for arranging international flights, entry visas, vaccinations, personal gear, and travel insurance.
• Force Majeure: Wanderskyz is not liable for loss, delay, or cancellation due to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Changes

• Routes and schedules may be modified due to weather, safety concerns, or operational requirements.
• Wanderskyz reserves the right to revise prices in the event of significant fluctuations in taxes, fuel costs, or exchange rates.
• Any changes will be communicated to the client at the earliest opportunity.
